As an associate at BTS & Partners, my primary practice area is corporate law, commercial law and M&A transactions. I advise both local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law related matters. I provide legal assistance in drafting any types of corporate documents, preparation of due diligence reports, drafting commercial contracts, carrying out corporate governance tasks and advising clients to comply with corporate laws and industry-specific regulations on a daily basis.
