Additionally, I actively assist my colleagues in obtaining merger clearances from the Turkish Competition Authority for various transactions. Furthermore, I provide assistance to both local and international clients within regulated sectors, such as FinTech and Telecommunication, offering guidance on license application projects and notifications related to management structure.
