After working at one of the international development banks for several years, I rejoined BTS & Partners as a Senior Associate in 2021. My experience includes corporate transactions, commercial and regulatory advise, with a focus on advising clients in relation to the implementation of complex business models and grift transaction structures. I work with local and international clients engaged in a wide range of technology sectors including software, hardware, internet, telecommunications, and FinTech. I advise venture capital funds and other investors, as well as start-ups on financing rounds and investments. I also provide advice in relation to venture capital funds' set-up, regulatory matters in various fields including banking and e-payment and take part in compliance and licensing projects.

Fun Fact: I was an AFS Student between 2009-2010 and lived in Salinas, California for a year. I am passionate about volleybal and a big fan of Vakıfbank Sports Club.
