I am a Senior Counsel at BTS&Partners, active in IT law matters; namely, privacy, personal data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, e-commerce and FinTech. In addition to compliance and legal counselling, I lead the IT contract management & regulatory assessment services in connection with due diligence projects for numerous technology-related matters. I am deeply interested in and work on developing technologies, software and new business models. Lastly, my academic works are mostly focused on benchmarking projects with EU acquis and digitalization.
